Preventative maintenance refers to maintenance carried out by trained, experienced, competent Service Technician for the purpose of maintaining equipment in satisfactory operating condition by providing systematic inspection and correction of incipient failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects. Or, in other words, fixing little problems before they become BIG problems and cause major downtime issues!

Live Industrial offers a fully scheduled preventative maintenance program for all brands and types of packaging equipment. Our rates are competitive and affordable - especially if you sign a "Maintenance Agreement" for a period of 12 months. This Agreement means that each piece of packaging equipment listed receives a full preventative maintenance at least 3 times per year to limit equipment breakdowns and ensure the on-going smooth and efficient operation of the equipment. The Agreement also entitles the customer to a discount on all breakdown and preventative maintenance work carried out on the listed equipment, on top of our already low standard maintenance rates. And the customer doesn't need to do a thing - our friendly administrative staff will contact the customer several weeks before a preventative maintenance is due to take place to arrange a time that is suitable. We can also provide the customer with detailed reports on the effectiveness of preventative maintenance, based on the reduction of breakdown maintenance and its associated costs over a period of time.
