Installation and Commissioning
It is extremely
important for the proper and correct functioning of your
packaging equipment that it is installed and commissioning by a
trained, experienced, competent Service Technician.
Live Industrial will provide an
obligation-free quote on the installation and commissioning of
all brands and types of packaging equipment. This quote includes
not only the installation and commissioning of the equipment,
but also training of production and maintenance personnel to
ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the new equipment.
Once Live
Industrial's quote has been accepted and the new packaging
equipment has been delivered to the customer's site, one of our
experienced Service Technicians will attend the site, install
the new equipment in the location allocated by the customer,
ensure that the equipment is operating effectively and
efficiently, and that the machine is in good working order, then
train production personal in the operation and general
maintenance of the machine. Packaging equipment installation and
commissioning by trained, experienced Live Industrial Service
Technicians is available along the Mornington Peninsula,
throughout Melbourne and Victora, and Australia-wide.

Service and Repair,
or Breakdown Maintenance
Equipment breakdowns can be costly -
not only in the replacement of broken or worn parts, but also in
production downtime. Live Industrial offer on-time,
cost-effective breakdown maintenance on all brands and types of
packaging equipment.
Turnaround time on a breakdown
maintenance call to Live Industrial is usually within 24 hours.
One of our experienced Service Technicians will attend your
site, diagnose the fault(s), organise replacement parts (if
necessary), and fix the problem(s). Live Industrial guarantee
all breakdown maintenance servicing for a period of 7 days,
which means that if the equipment breaks down again within that
time due to the same fault, we will attend your site again to
fix the problem free of charge (conditions apply).

Preventative Maintenance
Packaging
equipment preventative maintenance refers to maintenance carried
out by trained, experienced, competent Service Technicians for
the purpose of maintaining packaging equipment in satisfactory
operating condition by providing systematic inspection and
correction of incipient failures either before they occur or
before they develop into major defects. Or, in other words,
fixing little problems before they become BIG problems and cause
major downtime issues!
