Live Industrial is proud to announce that we are
the exclusive Australian distributor for the Canadian-designed and
manufactured
Wexxar BEL carton
erecting and carton sealing machines.
Wexxar BEL range of
quality-constructed carton erectors provide an economical and
effective way of reducing the amount of manual labour required
to pre-form cartons for hand packing lines, and includes a wide
range of semi-automatic and fully automatic machines to suit all
packing operations.
Wexxar BEL's range of
carton sealers feature a heavy duty drive system that ensures
cases leave the machine squarely taped, and includes both
uniform and random semi-automatic and fully automatic machines,

21/04/2010: Live Industrial Releases New E-Flex PET Strapping from ITISTRAP |

Live Industrial is proud to announce the release
of
ITISTRAP's E-Flex PET strapping! E-Flex is
ITISTRAP's
world-renowned Flexter strapping, but embossed instead of
smooth. This means that it is manufactured from the same special
raw materials and additives as Flexter, specially selected to
ensure excellent splitting resistance, a reduced relaxation and
joint efficiency, but it is lighter, and therefore costs less!
E-Flex is an excellent compromise for manufacturing,
distribution and warehousing customers alike who require the
higher breaking strengths of Flexter PET strapping, but want to
keep costs down. |

Live Industrial’s new S-555 tabletop semi-automatic strapping machine has arrived! After generating a large amount of interest in the manufacturing industry before it even hit our shores, the new S-555 semi-automatic strapping machine – exclusive to Live Industrial – has landed in Australia, and is already being sold around the country. The S-555 tabletop semi-automatic strapping machine, for use with 5 – 15.5mm PP strapping, is packed with up-to-date features with a surprisingly affordable price tag. It is great news for the Australian manufacturing industry because it is compact, light-weight, quiet to run, easy to operate and maintain, and... it is capable of running both 5mm and 12mm PP strapping! As there is approximately double the length of 5mm PP strapping per roll compared to 12mm PP strapping, the S-555 saves customers time (in frequency of PP strapping roll changes) and money. And because it uses less PP strapping per strapped package, it is kinder to the environment. With only a 2 second cycle time, it is the perfect choice for any busy manufacturing environment.
The
S-555 semi-automatic strapping machine has a wide range of
up-to-date features, including a reliable tensioning system,
with the main roller being DC driven. It has a wide tensioning
range of 2 – 50kg, enabling customers to use the same machine
for strapping a wide variety of products. The S-555
semi-automatic strapping machine has an outside tensioning
adjustment with indicator, making it easy to operate. It is also
very easy to maintain, with less mechanical parts, both the
front and rear hinged tables opening completely, easily
accessible track guide and main roller, and a PCB plug and play
system for troubleshooting. |

| 28/10/2009: Upcoming Release of 5mm and 12mm High-Quality PP Strapping |

To coincide with the release of Live Industrial's new S-555 tabletop semi-automatic strapping machine, Live Industrial will now also sell high-quality 5mm and 12mm polypropylene (PP) strapping to complement this new and exciting machine. Live Industrial's new high-quality PP strapping made from 100% virgin polypropylene (PP) raw material. And because it is such high quality PP strapping, it is suitable for use in both semi-automatic, automatic and fully automatic strapping machines. The new 5mm PP strapping is 5mm (wide) x 0.47mm (thick) x 7000m (long); is white; has a breaking strength of 50kg; with an inside diameter of 200mm and an outside diameter of 410mm.
The new 12mm PP strapping is 12mm (wide) x 0.60mm (thick) x 3000m
(long); is white; has a breaking strength of 120kg; with an inside
diameter of 200mm and an outside diameter of 420mm. |
