Installation & Commissioning

It is extremely important for the proper and correct functioning of your packaging equipment that it is installed and commissioning by a trained, experienced, competent Service Technician. Live Industrial offer affordable and thorough installation and commissioning of all brands and types of packaging equipment, including standard strapping machines and in-line strapping systems; pallet and orbital stretch wrapping machines; and carton sealing machines.

Live Industrial will provide an obligation-free quote on the installation and commissioning of all brands and types of packaging equipment. This quote includes not only the installation and commissioning of the equipment, but also training of production personnel to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the new equipment.

Once Live Industrial's quote has been accepted and the new packaging equipment has been delivered to the customer's site, one of our experienced Service Technicians will attend the site, install the new equipment in the location allocated by the customer, ensure that the equipment is operating effectively and efficiently, and that the machine is in good working order, then train production personal in the operation and general maintenance of the machine.

As part of our installation and commissioning, Live Industrial offers its customers the opportunity to sign a "Maintenance Agreement" for a period of 12 months. This Agreement means that each piece of packaging equipment listed receives a full preventative maintenance at least 3 times per year to limit equipment breakdowns and ensure the on-going smooth and efficient operation of the equipment. The Agreement also entitles the customer to a discount on all breakdown and preventative maintenance work carried out on the listed equipment, on top of our already low standard maintenance rates.
