Live Industrial, based on the Mornington Peninsula in the South East of Melbourne in Victoria, is a wholly Australian owned and operated packaging sales and service company.

Live Industrial Pty Ltd originally began in 2005 as a one-man operation called Live Industrial Services, and was born out of the vision of our Managing Director, Dave Sparrow, to service all types and brands of packaging equipment. Based on his broad knowledge of and extensive practical experience with many types and brands of packaging machinery, Dave saw a gap in the current packaging equipment service market that he knew he could fill - customers needed someone who could and would provide them with on-time, effective breakdown and preventative maintenance, and installation and commissioning across all their packaging equipment. They needed someone who could quickly diagnose their packaging equipment faults to minimise production downtime, and who could provide affordable and effective servicing throughout the state of Victoria.

Responding to current customers' needs and expectations, as well as extensive market-based research, Dave expanded the company in 2008 to become Live Industrial Pty Ltd. Working with a larger team consisting of several service technicians (all with extensive knowledge of and experience with a wide variety of brands and types of packaging equipment), sales personnel and administration staff has meant that Live Industrial can now cater to its customers' needs right across the packaging market, through not only the service of packaging equipment, but also through the supply of quality, affordably-priced packaging equipment and consumables.

Live Industrial, through our reputation as a reliable and reputable packaging equipment sales and service company, as well as our experience with and passion for strapping, has secured exclusive relationships with well-known, reputable European packaging equipment and consumable suppliers, including ITATOOLS, ITISTRAP and Schneider & Ozga. We have also formed strong relationships with many other local suppliers and distributors,  including Atlanta Stretch, AREA, Titan and 3M, giving us access to a wide range of quality competitively-priced packaging and auxiliary equipment, including standard strapping machines, pallet strapping machine, stretch wrapping machines, carton sealers and conveyors.
