2. Do you install and commission packaging equipment that has been purchased through another supplier?

3. Which brands of packaging equipment do you sell?
We have exclusive relationships within Australia with the following suppliers:
* ITATOOLS battery operated (electric) and pneumatic plastic strapping tools for use with plastic PET and PP strapping, and manual and pneumatic steel strapping tools for use with steel strapping;
* ITISTRAP Standard and Flexter PET strapping, suitable for all strapping applications;
* Live Industrial's new S-555 tabletop semi-automatic strapping machine, suitable for a wide range of applications;
* Schneider & Ozga automatic, fully automatic and specialty strapping machines (specifically designed for high-demand, time-sensitive applications such as the newspaper, magazine, distribution, printing, cardboard carton and graphics industries);
* Orion Packaging semi-automatic and automatic rotary turntable pallet stretch wrappers, semi-automatic and automatic rotary tower pallet stretch wrappers, and orbital (horizontal) stretch wrappers; and
* Wexxar BEL semi-automatic and automatic case forming (carton erecting) machines, and semi-automatic and automatic case (carton) sealing machines.

4. What kinds of packaging consumables do you sell?
We sell packaging consumables related to our core business - strap, stretch and tape:

* Live Industrial's range of premium-grade PP strapping;
* Live Industrial's range of premium hand and machine application stretch film, and pallet protectors; and
* Live Industrial's range of quality hand and machine application hot melt adhesive and natural rubber tape.

5. What are your hours of operation?
Our Service Technicians work Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm. They are also available (via prior appointment only) to attend customers' sites prior to 8:00am and after 4:30pm, as well as on weekends. Additional charges apply.
Our Sales and Admin staff work Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm.
